PHP modifications to aMember Script

I have a website that provides a service for vehicles and automobiles. 1. I need the option for different html header and footer for each product group 2. I need the ability to easily print membership cards and letters for each vehicle that they sign up with. I think generating a pdf would be best but I am open to ideas. 3. I need to code in a 7 day delay to the membership start date. (this is easy but I can't figure out how to do it.) 4. Certain fields when created, don't show up when people purchase from within their accounts so those need to be made visible. I need someone who can work until this project is completed. I also need the person to be available for contact. This project must be done quickly. Please do not bid if you don't have the time to complete it quickly. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1I n1. I need the option select an html header and footer for each product group. This will allow people who visit a certain page with pricing options different from our home page to stay in the area with that pricing with the correct html links in the header and footer during the signup process. 2. 2. I need the option to print a membership letter for each customer account. This letter should follow the same format as seen attached. Along with that membership letter, I need to print a set of membership cards, 10 per page. I have had other people recommend generating a pdf for this. It would be great just to select the people that I need cards and letters printed for and then click print. The card pages would have to be at the end of the pdf so that I could change the paper in my printer and put card paper in for those. nee3. I need you to code in a 7 day delay for the subscription activation date. All subscriptions are based off of the payment date. I need the start dates to be calculated off of payment date plus 7 days. 4. Certain fields when created, don't show up when people purchase from within their accounts so those need to be made visible.
