**Digital Printing platform** I need to build a web site with php or other web language program that is necessary to: ***Create a web based relation between a digital printer company and its known customers to facilitate and speed up all the procedures to order new printings. *The program must have dynamic elements for both figure involved:** The client must have a personal page (protected by id and pwd) to enter in and see: Personal communication between his company and the digital print shop (invoices to pay ??" special offers ??" works sent, etc)--Previous work done (history) and chance to re-order -List of example of works (already done or suggested by the print shop) to click on, *add new text** and re-order **I’d like to know if it is possible to build a kind of “wizard?? where the client can add the image of the work and see how it became adding the text he needs. Maybe is possible using the .PDF modules. *- After have selected the work to order, the client must have the chance to make the estimate of the work (with a dynamic program inside the site) and order and pay (bank payment gateway to add) - Platform to add new file to be estimated from the printer (form to use adding a .pdf or image format + description of the work) - The client must have the chance also to see and print his history of orders and payments. **The printer shop back office must have** **to manage clients: **- Upload of image format or .pdf files to point to the right client page - Upload of documents (invoices, estimates) to point to the right client page - Modules to insert offers and communication and chance to select the client to address it - Back office to see works ordered and payments done. - Back office to receive new files added from the client. - Database with clients records - Newsletter modules with selection of recipients ## Deliverables * I need that the professional who will work at this project will be able to follow it from the beginning till the end and especially that will work only on the project. * That means that I need to be SURE that all our meeting time (MSN, SKYPE, EMAILS) are respected and the professional will meet a deadline * I also need to be contacted and be informed of the development of the project. * I also need a professional who can give me suggestions and who is able to advise what to do and how… 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
