Customer Estimate /Job

We Use Office 2003 and would like an XML program for the following: We recieve calls from potential customers wanting an estimate for us to provide our Land Surveying services. I want a form to be used on and accessable by any of my employees on our lan that we can use to gather the customer personal and project details and then be able to use the same form or one liked to it to prepare the estimate. Currently we do this on basicaly a one sheet form, so as you can see it is not a huge amount of information. Name ,address, contact Info, type of service required, address of site, section, township, range, quarter, parcel No., related previous job numbers, Notes. The estimate is 8 lines long for each work section and then an hourly rate for that section and a blank to put the estimated hours into which then adds to a total. (hope that makes sense). The idea is to replace the paper form with a LAN based one that can go from whoever takes the call into a holding file that the estimators can get to, possibly notifying them that there are estimes to work on. When the estimate is complet it should go to another holding file which notifies the fron office to contact the potential customer with the estimate. If the estimate is accepted, then the data from the form should transfer into our standard contract language (some differences depending on the type of service required or requested). It should also flow into an customer/job listing (both active and past) for help in tracking work flow and finding similar past jobs. I already use quickbooks and Bigtime for my main workflow, billing and emplyee time collection. It would be great if this was compatable with these, but not required. A copy of our current form can be supplied if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform office 2003 pro, windows XP pro, peer 2 peer LAN, IE-6
