Creative World(repost)

This is a green fields web project that when completed, will allow registered subscribers to be involved in a collaborative creative activity.

Many of the elements required to make this function are similar to that used for Wikipedia (although this is definitely not an online encyclopaedia), however this needs to be created from scratch. These elements must include easy addition (by registered subscribers) of creative material to the site, easy edit of existing material, full logging of additions and changes, simple templates and design, ability to upload media, easy expansion capability.

## Deliverables

As this is a brand new project and we are open to suggestions on what other elements may be required so feedback and open communication is vital.
