Convert read only CD to Excel file

I have a read-only CD with 700+ emails on it. I want to take those 700 emails and extract the sender"s (From:) name and email address and then import them into an Excel file that has the name in column A and the associated email address in column B.

I have been told the process is to convert the CD entries into text files. A piece of software (**This is what I need you to create**) will then extract data from the From: row of each text entry and send that to the Excel file where it will be organized into the two columns as noted in the first paragraph.

## Deliverables

I am on the west coast of the USA. I will be unavailable beginning tomorrow afternoon my time until 11 p.m. Wednesday night.

My preference is to get this going no later than noon tomorrow. If we can't do that, I'll be available on the computer beginning Thursday morning.
