Classified Script Fix

I purchased? a classified website/script recently.? To try it out I? signed up on the site and placed several ads to see how it worked.? Works OK.? However,since then other people have signed up and placed ads.? The problem is when you go to reply to an ad I get most of the replies even when it is not my ad.? The reply should go to the person who placed the ad.? Also, sometimes it picks a person at random to send the reply to. Bottom line the person who placed the ad never gets the reply email someone else does (randomly) .? Also, when it sends the reply email, it says you have reply to your ad , and it gives a link to the ad.? However,? the link takes you to a ad that isn't the one that wasn't replied to. Some kind of script error?? ? I am not getting help from the company from I purchased the site from and as you can probably figure out I do not know much about this.
