Blackberry caller id screen(repost)(repost)(repost)

I am looking for a Blackberry program that can display caller id information, including a picture, when a call comes in. It seems that it is difficult, but not impossible, to substitute a custom screen in place of the normal one that is displayed on an incoming call. The picture displayed should be full screen, similar to what phonepix is doing. Phonepix can do it, so I know it's possible. Information on that product and a link to download a trial is at [login to view URL] This app should show the phone number of the incoming call. As for the name and picture, that can be hard coded to just display the same picture and name each time. I am mostly interested in seeing how to display custom information in place of the standard caller id screen.
