Basic Html Coding For Website

I have a basic html job to start out with but will have more projects for my site once this is done. I have a page with a bunch of code on it and I need it all cleared except for the background..footer...and header. I need to make sure it stays the right size so I can replace the content that is on the page now with fresh content. I am basically wanting a clean template to work with when I add pages. I have the html document I can email to you when the project starts. I am looking to work with someone longterm as I am a full time internet marketer.
