Automated Online Art Approval

I'm in the t-shirt screen printing industry and looking to develop a simple, web based system to get my customers to approve their artwork. A site that has a system that would be satisfactory can be found at [login to view URL], the current month is displayed for the customer to click on. once the customer clicks, they find their order number, click, and go through the approval process. While the online link may work like on this site, the easiest way would be to for an automated system to send a link for the customer to approve the job by. on the back end of the system, there needs to be a template where the artwork can be uploaded, size specified, location specified, etc. as well as a way to upload the image and resize to a shirt for visual approval of logo location. Back end details can be discussed with coder as it is not yet understood what can be done.
