Automated Input to Web Page

My client needs to extract image files from their web based Accounts Payable system and the designder of the web based system says the database structure is so complicated the best way to capture the image files is to hire someone to sit and input every image reference (over 5000 for this request) and save each image to a seperate sub-directory.? It seems to me if this file structure is so complicated ( I assume this to be true because this is what the vendor is telling us) then my next idea is to have a MACRO driven Excel spreadsheet on computer (A)? to feed via a keyboard wedge the codes and keystrokes to be entered into computer (B) so the extraction process can be automated. Hopefully there are better ideas than this but this is the? idea that I have. If you have the solution, please tell me what? you will charge to? provide the solution to automate a process of entering data into a web based input screen that will include additional keystrokes to save the image file and to start the process over.? As you will not be allowed access to the web based screen, I will have to provide to you a list of keystrokes necessary to do the process. Thank you.
