Auto Fillable Immigration Forms

I want to send one form to take input so i collect all information at once.? In that form one information should be? asked from customer only once. This form should be in Excel form so that every customer could open it easily on his PC. This form should send information to access database. This information? will be used to populate Canada Immigration forms. These Canada Immigration forms will be output. On Canada Immigration forms, some information is repeating a number of time. I want you to design Immigration forms( Out put? ) in such a way that it collect information from the access database automatically.? One information from the database should be used multiple time in Immigration forms wherever required. For example,? in one immigration form, the name and date of birth of the customer may? appear multiple times. Similarly the same information may be used in many other forms. So all these forms should pick? the name of the customer or his date of birth from the database. So the Immigration forms should be able to pick that information from database again and again wherever it is needed. Customer will give that information only once. Once the forms are populated properly, it should be saved as a PDF file. These forms should also be editable later only by the administrator. Once these forms? are sent to customer for printing, customer should not be able to edit these forms. The format of Immigration forms you design, their layout, size of fields, everything should be same as in the forms given to you as model. So you will design 1 input form in excel, access database and 6 output forms in VB or any suitable format so that I get final output as PDF format and these forms should be able to pick information from the database. ## Deliverables Input form can be of any design but every customer should be able to open on his PC without any problem. Fields of input forms depend on the output forms and output forms have been attached with this project as zip file.
