There will be a fee to list a property on the site with a link in the listing to the real estate agent or to the individual if the property is not listed with an agent. In the beginning the site will concerntrate on properties within Australia, then hopefully expanding to New Zealand and elsewhere. I have the domain name "[login to view URL]" and a web host (website tonight). ## Deliverables The home page to be similar to [login to view URL] Photos of golf courses / golf homes etc. Search for property by State,then area/golf course Property listings to be similar to those on Hot Properties or [login to view URL] A link from the listing to the listing agent or individual A page for "contact us" A page with info on listing fees etc. A page to facilitate a listing with payment methods etc. I will need additional help with Ads and ways to build traffic.
