Article Submitter / Link Exchange

I currently have an automated link exchange located ... <[login to view URL]> which works ok and is ASP.net.... but I was thinking... instead of just posting links in categories to other sites, people could submit articles with their links included, as long as they link to my home page within one click of their main domain. I already have a script that will check for the link but it needs to be updated, maybe redone completely. Please read details below for my exact specs.... ## Deliverables A user will be able to choose exchange links or submit article with links. I have a current exhange links platform, but people have found a way to cheate the system by using my domain as the reciprocal link location, that needs to be fixed, I'd also like to ad email verification, where it sends the user an email with an activation link. this would be for both link exchange and article submit. So step one, a user would enter their email, receive a notification email with link, click it and gain access. from there the user can upload an article with a maximum of 2 links per article or simply exchange links and their link will be placed in one of the link categories. With either choice, the user must place a link to my domain on their site, within 1 click of their main domain name. so the software will need to verify that the user has their links page linked to the users main domain page or whatever page they want us to link to, and that my domain is linked on that page, if not the user will get an error informing them to make the change. Example: the user submits the link ([[login to view URL]][1]) and their links page is [login to view URL], my link should be on that page, the software needs to verify two things, one that [login to view URL] is linked to [login to view URL] and that my link is on [login to view URL] after the software verifies the links, the users link goes live on my links pages with no further verification. With the article submit, basically the same thing, but the user can have two links in their article, one of which needs to be on the domain that links to me. Example: the user writes a 500 word article, link 1 [login to view URL] link 2 [login to view URL] my reciprocal link needs to be on either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] again the software needs to verify that their domain is linked to those links pages. However with articles, I want to be able to moderate what's being uploaded, so they shouldn't go live until I have approved the article. I want to recieve an email informing me an new article is ready for approval, and the user will get a notification in their account stating pending - waiting for approval. All articles should be in different categories as should the links. All articles will have their own unique page and unique URL.
