Adult site Video On Demand System

Hi, I have a client who I am designing an adult product store for and they will be selling adult movies. They would like to be able to rent the movie online to where customers can see it on their site and they would also like them to be able to buy the movie. I am using Joomla Virtuemart for the adult store, so it would be great it it can tie in to Joomla, but if not it can be a standalone application and it can just be linked to the adult web store. The movies will be anywhere from 1 hours to 300 minutes in length so the ability to upload the movie in the admin panel is needed for client to do themselves. The renting system section must allow them to view video right after purchase. I will be providing a hosting account with a very high disc space and bandwidth. Please advise the cost and time and ask any questions if needed.
