Add a COMMENT POST to a website using PHP

This bid proposal is for a **PHP** script(s) that will allow a user to **post a comment to a webpage** similar to most BLOG pages. This will be a moderated post with the e-mail address of the poster being verified and then the post sent to the moderator for approval before being posted.

There is **NO Database** needed or required for this project.? Everything can be done simply with filenames and e-mail by . . .

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 1. Clicking on a link on a website 2. Being taken to a form that the user completes.

3. Once the script is processed by the moderator it will posted as part of the page from where the user clicked "**Post a Comment**"

This is all documented at length in the **attached ZIP file** along with the files that make up the **DEMO** website that is already in place.

The coder will have access to our test site for development purposes.
