co-registration script / system

I want a co-registration script written. It must be PHP and JavaScript based. JavaScript needs to be used to include a form on any website where the JavaScript is included. It must have a back-end and the facility to create a profile for both publishers and advertisers. Publishers must be able to select which advertiser to publish on their website through the JavaScript. Advertisers must be able to upload images and add text and publish their info for inclusion by publishers. Auto-responders must be included for advertisers and they must be able to define unlimited auto-responders X days or hours apart. My payment gateway ([login to view URL]) must be coded into the system to allow advertisers to pay for inclusion on publishers websites. Advertisers pay for leads and a minimum must be set. An administration system must also exist, allowing thresholds and system specific settings to be maintained. The system should be similar to the info shown on [login to view URL] Basically, i want a complete system i can run to do all these things and to have my own co-reg system that others can use. Only serious developers with a good track record will be considered. Price is negotiable. Speedy development and the use of good security practices will be required. Please note, certain features will need to be included as the development takes place. Since this type of system is new and nothing really exists, the system will need to evolve. Additional development is planned on an ongoing basis. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) A development hosting account will be supplied, if required.
