Comparison shopping search

I'm looking for someone to create a comparison shopping search for UK affiliate shops. The user interface (web based) would be a search box with a drop-down menu for different categories (cd; dvd; gifts etc) and a submit button. The search should meta search a number of sites who already provide search boxes as part of their affiliate schemes and display the results on my site, with prices, a shop name, delivery prices etc. The search results would be links to the product at the affiliate site in question, using my affiliate code. The search would need to work with search boxes provided by 3rd party affiliate sites like Commission Junction or TradeDoubler. Either PHP or perl could be used but the end result should be modular so one shop can be easily added or deleted to any category. The code of the modules should be created so that it is easy to add a new shop by us. Our servers do not allow 777 permissions. A MySQL database is available if required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Full installation instructions that will enable us to install the code(in ready-to-run condition) on our servers. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The user interface should be able to be used by any web browser (4+).
