Advertising Management - Affiliate Management

I would like to have a website with the functionality that you find available on the sites: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] , or - [login to view URL] I am not expecting to have a complete system that has all the functionality available on these systems from the intitial development, but I know that there are many free softwares, and scripts out there ([login to view URL]) that provide parts of this functionality out of the box. I would expect that many of the functionalities are included in one of these solutions, and can be increased and improved upon. I want my software to include AS MUCH of these things as possilbe, at a reasonable price. The winning bidder of this project will more than likely be involved in the continuous development of the project, so please consider this a long term relationship. ## Deliverables 1) Script that is robust, and applicable to most affiliate partner and advertising sales processes. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Prefer this script to be written in PHP, but more importantly will expect that it is thoroughly documented, and includes commented code that follows standards. If script is written in other language (Perl, CGI, Java, etc.) this is ok, but please specify in quote for this job. Must run in any browser of IE Netscape along with newer browsers such as Opera, etc. ## Deadline information I would like a design and/or prototype of the code to verify that we have the appropriate design in place. This design will need to be delivered 1.5 week prior to the delivery date. If the delivery date needs to be extended, this will need to be specified in the initial bid. I am willing to extend the delivery date for a bid that includes a detailed design and a thorough investigation of the solution and its details.
