Custom Instant Messenger / Task Bar

Hello, Instant Messenger - I would like a simple instant messenger script developed, it will allow people to communicate with one another through text, allow people to send images inside the messenger window, music files, as well as any other type of file. I would also like to have side menu's pop out to link to each section of the site. The developer will recieve full credit for the developement and be able to place any copyrights they would like in the program its self. We would like this to be freeware open source to allow others to modify the program and design add ons. Task bar - we would like a simple task bar that has several options from auto log in every time you open your browser, to drop downs of each of the sections of my site, this will also be integrated with the instant messenger and have a button to open the instant messenger... I would like both of these to be open source, the developer will recieve full credit. They will need to be able to connect to my site in order to allow the features to work so keep that in mind. I use a MkPortal integrated with a PhpBB Board. So its all open source software. The site I run is currently recieving over 1 million hits monthly so this would be fantastic advertising of products for any company. I am not willing to pay over a $100 for the development of these. How ever, the advertising alone will drive you thousands.
