I am new here but already facing many badexperience . finance is okay but most of them are time waster.

I need who can prvide me a soft which one will be capable of making twitter ids.

that means I need the complete process to make full profiles.

I need to put there mails and the software will provide me profiles .

that means attaching photos everything ..now tell me how can you help me!

You can make with C#.net for desktop based (preferred) or webbased by using PHP or Python so far.
