Design and SEO and more

Hello I am a company that is the USA and has many different clients who need to have a solid SEO program ran for them and websites built as well. I am looking for a company that I can work with exclusively to handle the different projects that are needed. I currently work with a company in India who just has not been able to deliver what i need in the SEO area especially. I am looking for a company that has its own IT resources or we can get servers here in USA. I need bulk SEO work to focus on both organic and viral building on behalf of my clients. Web work to include both PHP and asp.net. A understanding of Asterisk's is a plus for a potential large project as well. Current projects already done are reason i want both expertise. Need the ability to move several current projects to a new location as well. Strong SEO background a must! Some expertise in bulk email a plus and already have USA servers for execution. Strong understanding is inportant to make sure not getting black listed and if so to make corrections. Company needs to understand that I need bulk wholesale work and very good pricing and the result is i will make both of us a lot of money! Projects will be payed on a project by project basis, and the understanding is that it will be monthly work on an ongoing basis. Company needs to have exceptional communication, a past resume with clients that can prove solid integrity with there work output and results. Please understand that we have been taken advantage of before and will not pay anymore than 1/3 upfront and the rest on completion of the individual projects to protect Us and our clients. Please bid knowing that this is a partnership that will be long term and mutually beneficial. Please provide in your bid the monthly cost per account for SEO and what is being delivered. I understand that websites will be on a site by site basis but would like some basic idea of you costs for producing sites. There will be all kinds of different projects that will come up so a well rounded company is desired. Not a 1 man team!!! Please bid with integrity and please dont say you can do something if you cant! You will be tested. I am very price conscious as well
