Advanced vCard Creator

I am looking for an application to be developed that I can instantly put online that will allow visitors to create a simple or Advanced vCard for either 1 person or a business with just business details with the option of adding an image if required.

The vCard will be used by sending to mobile phones so needs to be in the best file format for maximum compatibility.

Any other suggestions/ ideas very welcome.
