adjustments to PHP mvc project

changes to submit form: * add captcha code to article submit form * add checkbox that they have used copyscape to check article. * add check that article is atleast 300 words. * add check that the article contains only 1 link. * add ubb bar to text field * add email verification check to submit form after submitting a article they get an email with a confirmation link if they click the link they get to the page with a thank you notification and the article in the database is updated is confirmed. the email must pass gmail spam filter check entries: * add a one page script for checking and approving articles with htaccess protection just 1 user please only respond if you: * are available from 10-4 (GMT+1) several workdays a week so you can do more work in the future * want to do more PHP programming for us in the near future. * your freelancer account has passed English/US English exam & PHP exam
