account creation and login for a website

Account creation for two account types. One has seven fields including firs name, last name, username and password. The other has the same kind of account creation fields plus location, location type, and a signup process that includes ecommerce integration with stripe. Familiarity with [login to view URL] ecommerce integration is a must, but the pay aspect of the signup process is very simple with only four total options. All pages have been created in html with full CSS implemented by a professional PSD to HTML conversion service with fields placed and ready for input. Only minor modification of the HTML pages will be required, if at all. I will provide extremely detailed and specific directions concerning the database and page behaviors for the signup process. There will be an account confirmation email sent with a link to activate the accounts once signup process is completed. Login / logout must function and allow access to an account settings page for each account type, however no work is needed to make those pages functional. Once logged in username and input fields will not show and account holder name will show next to account settings and logout text links. All functionality must be installed and tested on a live server at an ip address to be provided.
