Database Saver and Implementation

My database is a custom database that i own all the rights to, it is a database that has all cities and zip codes in the united states and users can search within these zip codes or cities with in distances between 5 to 250 miles or they can search for any distance. If you have ever been on [login to view URL] and entered in a city or zip code that is the exact information of cities and zips that appear. I would like to sell off copies of my database off, so i would like to find a freelancer to evaluate my database, give me and estimate of it's worth and how much i can sell the copies/clones of it. Also do the freelance work for me to implement it on web pages of customers that have purchased the database. Sorry if i have been unclear, i am not very well educated in the database field but please ask me any questions on it that you may have and i can try and answer them to my best ability.
