Customizable Personality Test Website

There have been a lot of personality quizzes circulating through Facebook recently. I will post a view examples below. I am looking for someone to develop a personality test I can use on my real estate website where users will answer 10-15 questions about themselves and at the end they will be told which neighborhood they should move to. When they receive the result it will also have information about the neighborhood, a link to properties for sale in that neighborhood, a picture and a write up. The coder will need to advise me on the best way to score different questions and calculate the best neighborhood for each user based on their answers. Each question will have between 4-8 possible answers, which may be formatted as pictures or text. I would like this to be responsive or at least mobile friendly as well. When the result is revealed to the users I need a very clear call to action for them to share it via social media. This will be one of the main goals of the program.
