Creating new moduls in PyroCMS scritp for members

First of all I need really professional team/person who is available to answer me and updating me evrytime I send msg and don't let me wait for simply answer few hours or days. Once this done we can jump on it. PyroCMS is an open source CMS like Joomla or Wordpress but it's more bootstrap based ([login to view URL]) and doesn't have already so many plugins or moduls like joomla for exemple, so what I need is create some special functions in my demo free CMS I have downloaded in my localhost. I would like to let members to upload, stream and sell music files with some point system and permissions and all kind of small things like this what usually social network or some blogs ,forum has. Please note that PyroCMS has also free shopping cart and many others moduls and stuff you could use so you don't need panic at all and make so big bid on this as all you need to do is just modify some of them and create one important options.
