Create a process to add coordinates to a CSV file using Google Maps API

Objective - Read a column from a csv file that contains a column with addresses - Submit that addresses to retrieve the latitude and longitude using Google Maps API - Add the coordinates to a new cvs Considerations: - This functionality should be hosted in a server (Bluehost with cPanel) - This process must run with the necessary delay between records so that google don’t block the API - The csv file has aprox 200.000 records and is modified daily (new records are added every day) - This process must keep track of witch records has added the coordinates and witch not, so it can resume the work in case the process stops or some records receive error
