Create & Code A Submission Forum

Okay so basically if a customer orders a red handbag with furr and the bag is out of stock I want to have a back end login where I can go tot he domain created [login to view URL] .....login then ever order id, notes and we have the back in red and blue i want to be able to append 2 boxes to add the 2 item images upload and preview on that same page then in a separate section i want to be able to add 24 similar red bags they can choose from also if they don't like the item in those other colors which we will have to upload the 24 red bag images from our pc. i want it to be restricted to submit forum on our end unless all 24 bag fields are entered and also order id and notes field must be filled out or restriction to submit when it submits finally i want that entered order id to be generated with a url [login to view URL] we give that link to customer to choose replacement item since their item is out of stock now when the customer clicks that link they will see the front end... they will see order id, notes images and can select 1 image (green check mark above image selected) when they select it they will get a popup saying are you sure you'd like this item to be shipped to you instead and they can click yes or no. when they click yes they receive a message saying Thank You for your order replacement. This products will be sent out via rush delivery today. Once submitted we receive an email with selected item to and of selected item and order id, email subject replacement I ALREADY HAVE MOCK UP I MADE IN PHOTOSHOP OF WHAT I WANT BACK END AND FRONT END TO LOOK LIKE, A PREVIOUS CODER WHEN INTO FTP AND TRIED TO DO TI AND MESSED UP. FOR AN EXPERIENCED CODER THIS IS A SIMPLE HOUR TASK. I HAVE BACKUP FROM WHAT I HAD WHICH IS BASICALLY HALF WAY DONE WHICH YOU CAN INSTALL ON YOUR SERVER LET ME PREVIEW THEN INSTALL ON MINE.
