Competition mod for Zen Cart

We are looking for a modification to our existing zen cart store ([url removed, login to view]) to allow us to run a competition. We sell personalised mugs and would like to allow customers to send us a funny picture photo of them using their mug (their "mug shot"). The best photo wins.

The modification will need:

1. a sidebox to advertise the competition and also rotate through random mugshots using ajax. With links for "next pic", "prev. pic", "vote for this pic" and "number of votes received".

2. a page for the customers to enter the competition, which will enter their details into our db with their pic and upload the pic to our server.
