Code a simple drag and drop feature on existing elements

Hello, I can implement this feature very easily since i've dealt with a lot of similiar situations. For example i've had a products section on a website where each product had a few info boxes where he could add image, text etc., and he could sort them by drag and drop and the order was saved in the database. How are you today? My name is Bobby Fisher. I have done a project for you in the past (on vWorker / RentACoder) and you were extremely satisfied with the results. As you can see from my history I have a 5/5 average. I have been off the site for a while but am back and would like to take on this project. I completely understand the project including the information provided in the attachment. I also code everything outside of the public_html folder as it does provide better security and assists with other aspects. This is standard practice for me so it will not be an issue. I will document my code and make it very easy to modify, add, and remove includes. For an additional fee I can make a simple control panel so the admin can do this themselves. I don't think it will be necessary but I figured I would offer. I also understand that EACH user not just account needs to store their own settings. This will not be an issue at all.
