Career Counselling website

The website will be a career counseling website where users can chat with career counselors. Users should be able to book a time slot of 1 hour to chat with an expert. Once the booking is confirmed the user can then logon at the set time (with a password) and chat with the expert. The key functionality of the website would be the chat application which can be built by the developer or he can integrate an existing chat application. All chats that have happened should be stored on a database with all other relevant information like date time and duration etc. The website will need a back end web based CMS to edit and modify stuff like add/delete users, retrieve old chats.
