We need to have a call tracking database setup to import call reports from our [login to view URL] account.
We will be setting up separate phone numbers for each campaign
We need an admin area to view call reports from each phone number
- Caller ID
- Date of call
- Length of call
Then add fields next to each received call for the admin to add notes.
Also add checkboxes next to each received call for:
__Sold
__Call Back
__ Not Int
__Wrong #
And then a field for Comments to add comments
