Building A Basic Forum Setup

Goal: To build a basic extensible forum that I can manage and modify to build it. Any forum platform is acceptable, but one that I allows adspace is preferred. Basic things such as registration, working links that enable simple navigation throughout the site, terms and conditions section, and privacy policy section should be basic components integrated into the site. Requirements: - the forum should be easy to modify at my discretion. Editing texts, adding/deleting forums and subforums, threads, and posts, and changing content throughout the site and other basic administrative components are critical - must allow potential members to register via Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant social media sites as well as the traditional registration method - the forum must be compatible with mobile platforms, such as IOS and android products - prepare a corresponding MySQL database for management of basic forum information, such as types of membership, banning members, etc - have simple yet attractive layout for the forum (black, white, and grey is preferred, with small traces of other colors as needed), and open enough for potential ad/banner space
