I do have a DB system that holds the following information: Saves real estate listings information and can modify it There are 2 types of users: • Admins who can create super users • Super Users who can add/modify/delete real estate listings The system is using PHP as the front end and MySQL as the DB I want to modify this system to add the following functionalities: • Create a new type of users called “call center agents” • This user will register the clients’ information on the DB • The Super User will be able to view clients’ details from his account • The new user type will only have access to a portion of the real estate listings • Real estate listings can be associated with the clients’ records so the super user can know on which listing did the client call • Each client should have 10 tag fields that will help identify in future searches • Send and populate PDF files and send email/sms notifications • There should be a way to verify if the client is already registered to avoid duplication (unique fields like cell phone or email address) • There should be a page where the Super User can search/filter clients’ details based on various aspects (tags) • To make sure that you have read the requirement, please start your proposal with the word “GOTIT” • Clean up the existing system from any unnecessary files I will provide further details once a short list is ready Payment terms. I will pay only 10% of the project cost and the rest will only be paid after the completion and approval
