General info:
My customers can buy a prepaid IT packages for supporting them trough the year. When a company buys a package he gets prepaid support hours (several packages).
What must been build?
I want a tooling where i can register, per client, which package he has, and all the contact moments (tasks). Also the tool must show how many hours are left, after i added a contact/task moment. The tool must also contain great reporting. (overview per client, with contact moments and hours left).
The best thing would be a joomla component for joomla [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Incl install package (so i can install it from the back-end.

Data must be saved within mysql
