Add blog-style page within an existing web design

I have an existing website that is functioning beautifully as it should, and we do not want to change the template or the programming, but we need to add a blog-style page that allows more design flexibility through the admin page. Currently, the page looks like this: [login to view URL] This is not sufficient to post the type of information which is needed here. Rather, it needs to offer much of the ability that a WordPress blog would offer, but without changing the design and navigation of the page. We need to have the ability to * add multiple images within a story * insert an optional link to another web page if necessary * allow some formatting of the page, such as subheads or photo captions. * It must work within this site and be easy-to-use. Please DO NOT BID if your bid involves redirecting the viewer to a page that looks and functions differently than the rest of the site.
