We are a Singapore-based company offering professional corporate services to our clients. We are looking for a professional mobile apps developer to create an iOS app and related server-based web services to run on iPhone and iPad.
Features of the app are:
Splash screen with our corporate branding.
1. NEWS - an rss feed of our articles in up to 4 categories
2. VIDEOS - a feed or directory of our how-to and introductory videos streamed from our server or via video-streaming sites. We already have HTML5 video streaming on our server and youtube.com. It should play directly on the iOS app.
3. SERVICES - static pages (or rss feeds) of our 4 core services and 11 key products with a LEARN MORE link to our webpage and a SIGNUP (email responder)
3.1 Services section will have a INCORPORATION WIZARD which is a step based wizard to allow user to filter, choose product and signup.
4. TOOLS - Database provided. As available on our website, create webservices to calculate or search and present results for the following:
4.1 BUSINESS DIRECTORY SEARCH - This mobile directory search function facilitates the search of names of all registered companies and businesses. We will supply the database.
4.2. AGM - Calculator - The AGM Calculator enables users to check when a company is due to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The calculator is required to follow a simple set of calendar and date/duration rules.
5. FAQ - The FAQ search offers users a quick way to search for answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding setting up a business in Singapore.
6. DOWNLOADS - A section of downloadable pdf guides in 5 categories
7. CONTACT US and SUBSCRIBE for email updates.

PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING:
A. Your role will involve design, development and submitting app to Apple and refining if necessary to get approved by Apple.
B. 10 days to finish live app. Submit app to Apple for approval process after that.
C. Full delivery of source codes and any other project files up full completion of project
D. Milestones: 50% upon IPA (Live app), 25% upon Apple's approval, Final 25% upon source code and project files delivery.
E. US$100 penalty for each day's delay on live app. Apple's approval schedule is not within this.
