Changes on a Magento Commerce Website

We have an e-commerce website, [login to view URL], developed in the Magento platform and we need to change the following characteristics: - In the footer area of the page we need to add four new icons above the Google map located on the bottom left. Each icon should contain an image and each image should allow the addition of links to the page. - The addition of a side banner, in the same size as the current side banners but that behaves like the slider on the main banner page. We need to make it possible to add images with links in the same way that in the mains banner. - Increase the number of products displayed on the main page for (home page) for 30. - Improved search adding the ability to search by brand when the customer search the name of a brand in the main search and every search box. We need to make the search for products more clear and resistant to small errors of custommers. We have researched enough to know that there are several problems in the default Magento Commerce search and we need to organize it and to improve it generally.
