a suite of 14 XP Style icons needed

I am looking for a skilled icon designer, able to produce a suite of similar styled icons adhering to Microsofts 'XP Style Icon Guidelines'. I would also accept icons in a different style, so long as they are professional looking, and I am able to preview one or two icons before agreeing that the look and feel of them are acceptable. The icons will be used on my contacts/community website, in a 'classifieds directory' offering users various categories such as 'Items for sale', 'Looking to meet' etc I have attached a screenshot of how the screen will look. At the moment Im using placeholder icons, but it will demonstrate the categories which need icons. Im a good software developer but sadly a mediocre graphics artist :-) A talented icon designed would most likely find more work coming his/her way in the future, as I spruce up the site. Deliverables would be a set of 12 professionally designed icons, in GIF or PSD format. I would hold the exclusive copyright to the images and be able to use them royalty free, and without the fear they will be subsequently sold on the other sites by the designer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
