Banner design and some CSS work for Drupal site

1) Banner needs to be created for my site eblu.in. I will provide the logo file to be used which is in .psd format. 2) since my site is a drupal site, the CSS needs some tweaking. I have been trying to get the header image to display correctly but the main problem is that when it is viewed under a monitor with a lower screen resolution, the parts of the header image is getting cut off. I want it to display fully under all resolutions. The header dimensions i had used was 1410px by 199px which was displaying correctly on my screen. This has to be fixed somehow. 3)Lastly i would want to know how it is possible if i provide a link to an external website hosted elesewhere and the link is pointed to my site or a subdomain of my site but the url that will appear in the address bar must be that of the users site. Note: For drupal, you will need to set it up on your PC and make changes on the localhost. I am using the bluelake theme. Attached is the theme folder and logo file in psd format. ## Deliverables I need the work done within one working day or at most by tomorrow.
