I am looking for a simple php page created for my affiliate script pay page... ie: [login to view URL] what should go on this page? paypal code for subscription - I provide affiliate script code - provide a graphic or two to make the page look nice. as professional as possible. I will need area for text - I will provide. I will need area above below paypal code so that i can insert my own banners. I need area near the bottom to setup links. This is like a 10-15min job.. so please do not go crazy on unrealistic bids. I would like this done ASAP.
