Complete ReWrite of Site Using Ruby(repost)(repost)(repost)

I require a total re-write, design, and development of a secure communication system utilizing Ruby and Ruby on [login to view URL] include email type internal messaging system, with ability to attach files and send to other users, save in folders, delete,, and reply. ALso instant messenger with buddy list and all buddy list features ,editor, emoticons, and the ability to transfer files to other users thru the IM box. Must also be able to tag and save IMs. A " who is on line" feature, invite a friend and other features include calendar, sticky notes,and a user media jukebox (upload, download, and play functions. Complete CMS as well as other admin functions as required to operate the site. Please look at www.mydesknotes.com. I require screen shots on pages as they are developed. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE RUBY EXPERIENCE. ALL GENERIC RESPONSES WILL BE DELETED. I WILL ONLY SELECT A QUALIFIED BIDDER on JULY 14th with work to be completed in 21 days from that date.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
