Complete customer billing and support interface written in PhP and MySQL. Admin functions must include: add/edit/delete clients add/edit/delete Clients information (including credit card info) add/edit/delete Packages (IE: disk space, bandwidth, Basic hosting, advanced hosting, etc) add/edit/delete Invoices (Must be capable of adding multiple packages with quantity) add/edit/delete Customer Support Tickets add/edit/delete NEWS (to be shown to clients when logged in) Admin: must be able to do all of the above plus have a list of ALL clients that need to be billed NOW and also up to 2 weeks ahead. Most clients are billed monthly or quarterly which must be able to set when admin creates client in database. Client: once logged in, he can view invoices (present and past plus html and 'printable version'), Current balances, NEWS, view/edit client information (including credit card info), enter/view support ticket When Admin creates and invoice, a Bcc goes to admin and other to client. Invoice must be in HTML format. Admin can also get a 'printable version'. Admin also gets email when a support ticket is issued.
