I need someone to make a captcha breaker/cracker for the captchas displayed on this page:

(Refresh for different ones)
The script needs to be written in PHP and optionally a MySQL database.
I just want a simple page with a "Browse" button where I can select the captcha image from my computer and then I want the script to break the captcha and tell me the answer. (See screenshot attached for more detail) The captcha breaker should have a good accuracy when breaking the codes.
Summary:
- I want a form where I can upload a capcha from: http:/[url removed, login to view]
- When I Submit the form, it cracks/breaks it and returns me the text displayed in the uploaded captcha.
