Calling Card

We are hoping to launch a calling card company on the internet. Yet, we have difficulty in finding the right e-commerce program. The program needs to send a pin number to the customer once his or her credit card is approved. The pin number will be taken from an excel sheet. The pin number that is sent to that customer will be deleted from that excel sheet to insure that it is not given to anyone else. Furthermore, when a new customer purchases the phone card for the first we need to verify the information before giving the pin number. However, if that customer returns and buys another card, the system should provide the pin number without verifying the information provided by the customer before.
