ActiveX/Com Data Transmission

This ActiveX/Com object is for data transport Between MS Access 2003 and the MSWeb Browser ActiveX object. Currently, HTML code in the web browser, cannot "Command" access to execute any functions. So the browser is limited in that it can only display information or communication directly with the MS SQL 2000 server.

Also, the source code needs to be fully commented, explaining how and why each section works.

## Deliverables

1. All elements in the decription must work and are available unless:

2. Elements to be skipped will be specified in writing.

3. The method and filetypes that the programmer plans to use must be submitted in writing and approved.

4. Final description and reference should be submitted before payment and approved.

5. The following is acceptable.

a) Use of ip socket connections. Ports numbers need to be adjustable.

b) Any Language compatible with MS Software can be used. But the only available frameworks are java and .net. No additional frameworks wanted.

6. File handshaking as the primary communication method is not acceptable.

Standard:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
