Custom Extention to Virtuemart in Joomla

I need help to extend virtuemart for a picture framing company, I need a rough price guide for a custom framing section like on fastframes.co.uk. I need someone to write this extension to Virtuemart, as you will see there will be many frame mouldings, mount boards and glass and all will need a varying widths, heights and area measurements. I need a system where I can easily place in the images and prices of the different materials. Is this something you can do? It will not necessarily look like fastframes site, a brief look on the web and you will find a few different systems. As I an just quoting myself I need a rough estimate of it may cost.
