Convert a intranet backend/min admin from Joomla to Typo3.

I need a intranet internal thing converted from joomla to typo3. It will only need a few of the functions that it has in joomla admin now. m sure without even knowing TYPO3 it will have those. I need this done in 4-5 days time. I'll pay $80 for this. Stuff like Calendar, newsletter, document library and a few other stuff. Just has these functions and I think a few she wants to work like jobs and something else. Any questions on the work? What typo3 or joomla work have you done? Remember this isn't really a site but a mini admin/intranet they have for internal use. You can see it in the attachment.
