Assistance for Joomla 1.5 to 3.0 Migraton

We have a Website running on Joomla 1.5 and using some customized plugins/components there. Now we look for assistance in make those things available at a Joomla 3.0 Environment that we have already Setup locally. Changes are done: At user Registration call a webservice to inform our local Server about new user Have a Special component that provides list of downloadable things, on download call webservice to inform about that download.. Also have Special table to edit machine info of user, let select and call a webservice to get key Information. Again, those things are all done in 1.5, we look for someone that is porting those to 3.0
